Our Monteverde Horseback Riding tours are highly exclusive. All visitors must have a reservation. Walk-ins are not allowed.

If you’re trying to book a tour and don’t see availability online, we no longer have seats available for that day. However, you may contact us (our contact information is at the bottom of this page) to see if we have any last-minute cancellations that may free up the spots you need.
Suppose you don’t have a car to get to the meeting point of your Monteverde Horseback Riding experience. In that case, we can arrange roundtrip transportation for you, as long as your lodge is inside the Monteverde region. You’ll be able to add lift as you book online.
Your pick-up times will depend on your location, so after you book online, you will first get your instant confirmation email, and then (the night before your tour day), we will send you a follow-up email with the pickup time at your lodge.
We encourage you to book your Monteverde Horseback Riding tour ahead of time to secure your spots. You can book with confidence knowing we have a flexible cancelation policy.
After you book online, you will get an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation email contains a “Cancel” button, so you can easily cancel online without talking to anyone (no need to provide explanations).
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity day, you will get a full refund (otherwise, there will not be a refund). For example, if your tour is on February 28 at 8:30 AM, you should cancel before February 27 at 0:00 AM to get a refund. You will not get a refund if you cancel on February 27 at 0:01 AM or later.
On the other hand, if harsh weather conditions compromise your safety (such as heavy thunderstorms), we’ll contact you as far in advance as possible to try to reschedule or give you a full refund.
